Custom BluGame · How it works

From payment to a table with your customization

What you can actually configure today, what setup looks like step by step, what hardware it runs on, and what to expect day to day — no embellishment, exactly how it works today.

What's available today

Six things players will actually see

Everything below is verified in the app, not just saved in the background — if you set it, players will see it.

Your venue's logo and welcome message

Your logo and your own welcome text on the app's home screen, before a player picks a game.

Local rules per game

Your own rules text (e.g. stakes, house rules) shown in the menu of each of the 5 games: Oczko (21), Wilki, Mafia, Love Letter, Impostor.

App theme

A ready set of visual themes to pick from for the whole app during your session.

Featured game

One of the five games promoted on the home screen — handy if you have a favorite for the night.

Flexible Ace (Oczko)

A rule variant for Oczko (21) where the Ace flexibly counts as 1 or 11 — a single toggle.

Richer card visuals (Oczko)

Cards styled like a traditional deck — with a corner index, court-card art, and a BluGame-themed Ace, instead of the simpler default style.

In progress (no effect in the app yet, so not exposed in the panel yet): game pace, bar mode, player rewards for in-game achievements.

Setup

Step by step

1

You pay for a subscription on the site

Monthly, or annually upfront — see pricing. Payment is handled by Paddle, with VAT handled automatically.

2

You get panel access and a setup key

Right after payment — a token for the self-service panel, plus a separate key to paste into the centralka app.

3

You get the centralka app

We'll reach out after you subscribe and hand it to you directly — today that's still a manual process on our side, not an automatic store download.

Today: handed to you by us · eventually: app store
4

You paste the key into the centralka app

A one-time setup — from that point the app identifies itself as your venue's centralka.

5

You set your customization in the web panel

Logo, welcome message, rules, theme — from a computer or phone, independent of the centralka device itself.

6

The centralka broadcasts, the player app detects it automatically

No login, no codes to type — players in Bluetooth range simply see your table with full customization.

Hardware and day-to-day operation

What to know before you put the centralka on the bar

Minimum OS

Android 7.0+ / iOS 15+

Recommended phone

As new and as close to stock Android as possible

The centralka's role (broadcasting over Bluetooth) has real variability between manufacturers — heavy overlays like MIUI/EMUI tend to be problematic. If you have a choice, avoid them for this specific phone.

Screen on, app in the foreground — for the whole session

The centralka app doesn't yet have confirmed background or locked-screen operation — treat it as a device dedicated solely to this role, not a phone for anything else in the meantime.

Practical consequence: keep it plugged in for the whole session — a constantly-on screen and active Bluetooth drain the battery noticeably faster than normal phone use.

What if the internet drops?

The centralka renews its authorization every 24 hours, with a 12-hour buffer (36h validity). If the internet happens to be down, nothing dramatic happens — an ongoing game is not interrupted, because customization is only read into the game at table-creation time.

The only effect of going without internet for longer than that 36h window: new players joining from that point won't see your customization, until the centralka regains a connection. Regular Wi-Fi or mobile data is enough.
