1. What BluGame is

BluGame is a free app for party games (Oczko, Wilki, Mafia, Love Letter) played between devices over Bluetooth, with no internet and no server. It is run by elementk, Polish tax ID (NIP) 7590004958 (contact@blugame.eu).

2. Terms of use

The app is provided "as-is", with no guarantee of uninterrupted operation or fitness for any particular purpose. You use it voluntarily and at your own risk.

3. Security and cryptography

Important disclaimer: BluGame implements its own cryptographic protocols for fair card/role shuffling (SRA, "mental poker") and — in Wilki and Mafia — for anonymous voting. These protocols have not undergone an external security audit. The relevant screens in the app say so explicitly. If you find a security vulnerability, please report it responsibly to contact@blugame.eu (see also security.txt) rather than publicly.

4. Player names and table conduct

Players at the same table are physically together — this isn't an anonymous online game with strangers on the other side of the world. For that reason, the app deliberately does not filter the content of player names. You're responsible for whatever you set as your display name — treat it like any other interaction with the company you happen to be playing with.

5. No gambling

Oczko resembles blackjack in its mechanics, but it is not a gambling game — there is no real money at stake and no way to win or lose anything of material value. It's a points-based party game, nothing more.

6. Changes and availability of the service

We reserve the right to change, expand, or withdraw features of the app (including individual games) at any time. The app currently has no subscription model or in-app purchases.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, elementk is not liable for damages arising from use of the app, including any consequences of using the unaudited cryptographic mechanisms described in section 3.

8. Contact
